Plastic fender liner is removed, those are the tabs on the fender it clips/tucks into.

Also, looks to be vinyl wrapped. The inside edge of the RT headlamp to bumper has some odd trimming appearance.

The ND looks really good in white. That Galant is awesome too. Very cool. I love seeing such different varieties of cars at meets.
